Reservation Policies

We will get back to you with information regarding your reservation request and availability options. To confirm your reservation we require your credit card information or a cash deposit as guarantee. You can pay for your reservation by making a deposit of at least 50% of the full amount of your reservation, at any of our bank accounts. Your Credit Card won't be charged until your check-in day, we accept cancellations up to 15 days prior to your arrival date, otherwise, you will be charged for the entire stay as penalty.

On high demand dates and holidays, we unfortunately cannot accept cancellations. You should submit your payment/deposit in full in advance.

Casa Madeleine rates include single or double occupancy. A surcharge will be assessed for any additional guests.
